LAFUMA MOBILIER, with its brand NATIONALE 7, is reinventing and upcycling its famous vintage chairs as contemporary seating. And while they still have their travel credentials, they now feel at home as indoor and chic seats.
NATIONALE 7, it’s the holiday route: from Paris to Menton, almost 1,000 km of tarmac crossing France, a symbol filled with nostalgia, a trip which takes us to the beaches of the South of France.
Around common values, environmental commitments, respect and freedom .... LAFUMA MOBILIER and NATIONALE 7 have begun a collaboration ... like a new adventure!
Contemporary furniture with a link to the past
NATIONALE 7 has recreated durable, comfortable and unique chairs by revamping LAFUMA MOBILIER Bronze-Gold folding seat frames from the 1950s to 1970s.
Timeless furniture restored by craftsmen in France
To make this collection, we upcycled the chairs completely by hand at our facility in Anneyron in the Drôme department (which is on the Nationale 7 route, of course).

- Original Bronze-Gold tubing and vintage frame.
- Indoor use.
- Two designs available in two colours: Villa Rouge, Villa Bleue, Portrait Foncé, Portrait Clair
- Height 80 cm - Width 45 cm - Depth 45 cm.
Nationale 7: history upcycled
Reuse, recycle, upcycle…and innovate Lafuma Mobilier is putting our convictions into action with Nationale 7, an eco-friendly collection that unites past, present and concern for the future in a sustainable brand made with artistry and commitment.
Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, kilometre 990
The first Nationale 7 collection: a name and a stopover on The Holiday Route. Nationale 7 draws inspiration from Eileen Gray’s Villa E-1027 that overlooks this coast. It features two fabrics in two colours that evoke this jewel of modern architecture.
